RETURN POLICY

To ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase or gift, we are happy to offer you free exchange or returns within Switzerland, as long as the goods have not been worn, damaged or stained. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer free international exchange or returns:  In the event you wish to return your item, you must send an email to: contact@mookaite.ch Within 5 days upon receiving your goods. Once we have responded and accepted your request to return your goods, you will need to send us the unworn goods in their original packaging with all tags in place, folded and wrapped in the original tissue paper and box you received your item in. The receipt of purchase must be added to the package.

Mookaite does not accept returns of merchandise that were not purchased online. All Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you to proceed with your reimbursement which could take up to 30 days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received your refund, first check with your bank account, or credit card Company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If after doing this you still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@mookaite.ch.

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
