We were competitors in the language training industry—Ana as a global account director, Jarina running her own independent school. A business meeting about something entirely different turned into a passionate conversation about art, fashion, and the possibility of creating something meaningful together.
What started as professional rivalry became a powerful partnership built on complementary strengths. Ana brings the artistic vision—a slower, deeper creative process guided by an inner compass, exploring ideas from ancient cave paintings to digital innovation. Jarina brings the execution—entrepreneurial drive, fashion production expertise, and an eye for luxury positioning and quality.

MOOKAITE is named after the Australian Jasper stone—a gem that contains multiple colors and earth elements in one unified whole. Like the stone itself, our collection is diverse in expression yet unified in excellence.
Our design philosophy is curated eclecticism. We don't follow a single aesthetic or chase trends. Instead, we create scarves inspired by what moves us: the 20,000-year-old cave paintings of Lascaux, the precision of Swiss heritage, the fusion of nature and technology in the metaverse, the raw energy of street art, the timeless beauty of ocean waves.
